It's always been more than "just creating templates" for y'all. When we announced the doors were opening to our Creative Template Shop in January it was VERY emotional. The Shop (as we lovingly call it) was definitely a labor of love to get up and ready for you and continues to be our biggest priority. Here's a peek at the behind-the-scenes details that goes into "just creating templates"... . 👆🏼Our team of 6 brainstorms ideas of what we could release the next month, we poll our audience, go through member requests, feel the pulse on what's needed, browse questions being asked in our communities...all to be able to serve what you need *right now*. 💃🏼Tara, our amazing award-winning designer gets to work creating mockups of what each of the 4 new templates could look like (remember we make them in THREE color varieties each month!). 😍Emylee writes up prompts or swipe copy if the template requires it. <--- This is a huge piece that we've heard is super helpful for our members 👀Directions and how-to videos are made so it's super duper easy for you when you go to download each template. 💕Miranda writes up our products descriptions and get everything back to Tara so it can get uploaded to our shop and scheduled to release out into the wild. 💥Once Shop Drop day happens it's still not over! Aside from simply emailing members and letting y'all know what's new we also write up a brand new blog post to teach you a bit more of the strategy side behind using one specific template from each release. . 👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼. All of that is JUST the process for making and releasing templates. That doesn't even cover everything we do behind-the-scenes to make the member experience better. We're talking hiring developers to make website adjustments, hoping on Zoom to chat with members, doing live demos to show off the ease of The Shop and so. much. more.
